PELLICER & HEREDIA – Lawyers Alicante is a provider of professional services, and all work carried out is always based on agreements, orders, and prepayments by the client. Therefore, once the work has been carried out, no refunds are possible.
The refund conditions are limited to the following situations only:
- If you need to cancel an order or work that has been prepaid and has not yet started, you must inform PELLICER & HEREDIA – Lawyers Alicante within 48 hours of payment so that the cancellation can be processed, avoiding unnecessary costs. Any work not started at the time of requesting the cancellation may be subject to our refund policy.
- If PELLICER & HEREDIA – Lawyers Alicante, due to extraordinary reasons, is unable to complete ordered work that has been prepaid, a full and immediate refund will be issued.
- Refunds will only be made in the same currency used for payment of the service.
IV.II. Return Policy
As PELLICER & HEREDIA – Lawyers Alicante is a service provider offering intangible products, returns are not possible. Therefore, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
